Infected by a zombie bite, Anling's days are numbered. She must now fight to survive, not for herself but her young son, Cody. Ensure Cody's survival in this zombie infested world by protecting him, searching for safety, and teaching him valuable skills, at any cost. Even if it means giving in to her new zombie urges.

Limited resources must be managed in order to slow down Anling’s infection while also making sure both Anling and Cody don’t starve from hunger or thirst. In order to be more efficient and to help Cody in the future, players can pass on skills that Anling has learned over to Cody. These skills can be in combat as well as general survival skill such as cooking and crafting.

A perfect balance of managing your days looking for resources and increasing Cody’s skill set will be needed in order to survive the long journey.

Undying, fresh off its successful Steam Early Access launch, is now knee-deep into content and gameplay updates each week.

Not only did the developers out our free Halloween update last week, but we are putting another update out this week.

What's New in Early Access Development Update #01:

• The rain collector has now been moved to the backyard! Now it’s easier to fetch water and water your plants.
• Zombies may now appear in areas your previously thought were safe. So be extra careful.
• After upgrading your bag’s storage slots, extra storage slots will be added to the storage box and fridge in the house.
• Your bag can now be sorted with one click!
• Equipped items can now be moved between cells.
• You can now quickly move stacked items between bag and storage by holding Ctrl and Left Click on mouse and keyboard or Left Bumper/L1 + A/X on controller.
• If you are standing over a bunch of loot items you no longer need to pick them up one-by-one.
• When you have a controller plugged in you can manually switch between controller or KB and mouse UI.

While smaller updates will be coming every week - bug fixes, content adjustments and so forth - every month the Vanimals team will be putting out larger content updates with new features, content and so forth.
