The Last Oricru is an action-RPG with a strong emphasis on dynamic storytelling and player choice. Waking up in the living and breathing sci-fi/medieval world of Wardenia, players find themselves in the middle of a massive civil war over supremacy on the partly terraformed planet , isolated from outer space by a protective barrier.

Intense combat, massive battles and a dark conspiracy overshadow the once peaceful world. Choose your own path, side with the different factions and influence the outcome of the war in this choice-driven experience. The Last Oricru is designed as both a single-player and a local co-op experience.

The Last Oricru transports players to the wonderful sci-fi/medieval world of Wardenia. Players take on the role of Silver, a man who crash-landed years ago on this mysterious planet, just to be suddenly waken up from his cryochamber. The mystery of Silver’s role in the story will unfold as players begin to learn more about him as they journey through Wardenia with him. 

GoldKnights and Prime Matter are happy to release their first public Pre-Beta stress test of The Last Oricru on Xbox Series X|S. During the ID@Xbox Winter Game Fest Demo event from December 7th through the 21st, players will be able to get a first single player and/or local Co-Op taste of what the developer is cooking up.

Introducing the first two areas of The Last Oricru, players will be confronted with a tough and challenging combat and the first game changing choices in the plot that will not only determine the faith of the main character Silver but also the faith of the entire planet of Wardenia. The Last Oricru offers an enhanced gameplay experience in local co-op and can be played in a hop on / hop off style where players can join or leave the game at any time. Who will live, who will die? Who is a friend, who is a foe? And… who are you?

The oricru's worst enemies don't fight with swords and axes, but with words. In this cruel world, enemies try to gain the players trust for the sake of their own interest; it's up to you to decide what is morally acceptable to achieve your goals and detect who is a friend or a foe.

In The Last Oricru, choices matter. Players will be able to directly influence the outcome of the game by their decisions and actions. You will experience hundreds of intense fights in a brutal medieval meets sci-fi world, where every decision has its consequences. Level up your hero, improve your skills before facing one of many boss fights and get ready for an unprecedented amount of possibilities.

The Last Oricru is slated for release in 2022 in both physical and digital formats on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
