When you fire up your favorite game, you’re playing it instantly. That’s what it means to be Game Ready on GeForce NOW. The experience has been optimized for cloud gaming and includes Game Ready Driver performance improvements. NVIDIA manages the game updates and patches. And when a game supports RTX, you can play it on GeForce NOW with beautifully ray-traced graphics and DLSS 2.0.
The GeForce NOW library is ever-growing. In an effort to help spotlight the games that are coming to the service, we’re moving to a monthly cadence for announcing new instant access games. Games will continue to be released every week – with new game launches available day-and-date, and back catalog games released each Thursday – but our members, and your readers, will now be able to learn about what’s coming a little further in advance.
Gamers can look forward to a dozen games releases on GeForce NOW this week, including Everspace, Legend of Heroes in the Sky: Trials of Cold Steel III, South Park: The Fractured But Whole, and Metro: Last Light Redux (available now and free on Epic Games Store until Thursday, February 11).

Ray tracing provides realistic lighting by simulating the physical behavior of light, adding cinematic-quality rendering to scenes in a game. Normally these effects are computationally expensive, but RTX GPUs’ dedicated hardware allows for ray-tracing acceleration in real time.
Real-time ray tracing is only one benefit, though. NVIDIA DLSS provides GeForce NOW the performance headroom to maximize visual settings, while maintaining smooth frame rates, and stream those benefits to members.
When a game joins GeForce NOW with RTX support, Founders members can play with cinematic, real-time ray tracing and NVIDIA DLSS support — even on devices that don’t have an RTX-capable GPU. That means adding RTX ON on your Macbook Air. Love your Chromebook and Android phone but wish they could play the latest games? Thanks to the cloud, they can.
As always, you can visit the games page for a complete list of the games available on GeForce NOW.
