As mankind bleeds out in the trenches of Enoch, you’ll create your own Outrider and embark on a journey across a hostile planet. With rich storytelling spanning a diverse world, you’ll leave behind the slums and shanty towns of the First City and traverse forests, mountains and deserts in pursuit of a mysterious signal.

In the 30 years that have passed since the Human colonists’ arrival, the once peaceful wildlife and environments of Enoch have hyper-evolved from exposure to the Anomaly, turning nearly every living creature into something designed to kill.

The untamed frontiers of Enoch are filled with dangers that will test the Outriders fortitude to the limit.

The Outriders demo is now available free for everyone to play on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC/Steam and GeForce NOW.

Players can experience the full opening chapter of the Outriders campaign, up to around three hours of gameplay per playthrough. The demo allows multiple characters and enables players to try out all four classes in the game: Devastator, Pyromancer, Technomancer and Trickster.

Progress in the campaign will transfer to the full game for players who purchase Outriders on the same platform.

Co-op multiplayer is available in the demo and will unlock after players finish the prologue, including a beta version of the full crossplay system that will be available at launch.

This is a big demo as well, they can spend hours on Enoch, exploring different classes, powers and character builds. They can even transfer their progress to the main game”, said Jon Brooke, Co-Head of Studio at Square Enix External Studios, who continued: “What players will see in the demo is just the tip of the iceberg, it’s just the start of the epic journey players are in for on April 1”.

Combining intense gunplay with violent powers, along with an arsenal of increasingly twisted weaponry and gear-sets and a compelling, personal story, Outriders offers countless hours of gameplay from one of the finest shooter studios in the industry.

Outriders will release for Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, Google Stadia, and PC on April 1, 2021.
