by Rainier on April 20, 2021 @ 1:49 p.m. PDT

Justin Wack And The Big Time Hack is point-and-click adventure about characters out of their element, love gone awry, and agents sniffing around for unauthorized time travelers…

After swapping places with a caveman, Justin needs to back to his own time again. But the caveman-gone-hipster that took his place seems quite content in the modern world…

In Justin Wack and the Big Time Hack, you play three characters trying to unite lost lovers, getting a fun-loving caveman back to his own time, all while steering clear of the scary-looking robots trying to erase you from the timeline.

Justin Wack and the Big Time Hack was originally funded on Kickstarter raising $32k due to the support of 469 backers, including Ron GIlbert (the creator of the genre) himself.

A demo version of Justin Wack and the Big Time Hack is currently available for free both on Windows and Mac.

Key Features:

  • The caveman might want to try out the local dating scene, maybe he’ll even run into Justin’s ex-girlfriend?
  • Trying to get back to the present, Justin might have to first pass through the future…
  • Meanwhile, mechanical agents are looking to neutralize any unauthorized time travelers…
  • With a future looking pretty grim, is there a way for our heroes to change the cause of history?
  • An intuitive point-and-click interface
  • Three playable characters
  • Puzzles based in logic with a wacky edge
  • Sleek animations and voice acting

Justin Wack and the Big Time Hack is coming to PC (Steam) in Q4 2021, while Linux, iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch are being considered.
