Arc System Works revealed that the release version of Guilty Gear -Strive- will use rollback netcode for online play. Please note that the rollback implementation is still being developed so the upcoming closed beta will be using a delay-based implementation.

Ultimate Edition Bonus #1 Digital Soundtrack

The soundtrack includes a total of 55 songs, featuring more than 15 vocal themes (including “Smell of the Game”) and 40 background tracks used in the Story Mode.

Ultimate Edition Bonus #2 “Digital Artbook”

This features various art and visuals from the Guilty Gear series’ history including the main visuals of each game and a number of unreleased illustrations from renowned guest artists. Music from the game can be played while using this application.

Ultimate Edition Bonus #3 “Ultimate Edition Special Colors”

Featuring a sleek black color with bright blue highlights, these special character colors are only available with the Guilty Gear -Strive- Ultimate Edition.

Early purchase Bonus - “Special Colors for Sol and Ky”

Special colors for Sol and Ky will be included with the Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate editions of the game purchased before June 25th, 2021. These unique colors also change the appearance of their fire and lightning attacks.

DLC - “GGST Additional Color Pack”

The color pack unlocks colors for the initial roster of 15 characters as well as the next 5 characters to be added, for a total of 20 characters. Every character gets 5 additional colors, making for 100 extra colors available. This is paid DLC and will also be included in the “GGST Season Pass 1”.

Pre-orders for the game are available on the PlayStation Store and on PC. Owners of the PS4 version will be able to upgrade to the PS5 version for free.

Early Access will have 13 out of 15 characters playable. For the Story mode, only the prologue will be available before the release. During the Early Access, online modes will not be available.

The latest chapter in the Guilty Gear franchise will finally land in the hands of fighting game fans on June 11, 2021 for the PS4, PS5 and PC (Steam) for $59.99, with the Deluxe and Ultimate Edition available on June 8, 2021.
