Spellcaster University lets the player construct their colorful wizardry academy, with no playthrough ever the same thanks to the procedurally generated campaigns and unique deck-building system. A dazzling array of deck customization options are on offer, from the rooms to build to the unique brand of magic that will be taught, such as naturalistic shamanism or even necromancy. Manage the school’s budget, decide the magic curriculum, hire the right teachers, most of all, care for a student’s wellbeing, from personality to their supernatural skills and powers.  

The rich wizarding world of Spellcaster University is filled with wonder, events, and locations to discover. Powerful artifacts can be earned, legendary potions drunk, grimoires to be studied, factions befriended (or battled). Having launched into Steam Early Access in 2019 after a successful Kickstarter campaign, Spellcaster University has been active in development ever since.  

Will you turn it into a black magic academy, with the best professors of necromancy and demonology? Or a place in harmony with nature to train druids and shamans? Or why not train adventurous mages, offering them options to learn how to fight and be stealthy? But this will require surviving the ruthless attacks of the orc tribes and the controls of the education authorities.

Currently available through Steam Early Access, Spellcaster University’s 1.0 launch comes with a host of new features of wizardry excellence, including a new Dungeon Crawl mode, allowing students to finally pay off their tuition debt by battling various fantastic monsters for loot.

The release will also feature a revised and much expanded in-game encyclopedia, a host of new events and objectives, new animals, various visual, user interface, and audio improvements, as well as new atmospheric music tracks crafted for day, night, and creepy dungeon. 

Spellcaster University is coming to PC (Steam) on June 15, 2021.
