Experience every bone-rattling explosion and soul-crushing charge in Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector, the definitive battle scale turn-based strategy game that takes you to the battlefields of the 41st Millenium.

Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector is a new turn-based strategy game set in the world-renowned sci-fi setting imagined by Games Workshop.

Pick your force, develop your army, field mighty heroes and fight for victory using superior strategy, awesome abilities, and devastating weaponry.

In the grim darkness of the far future, there is only war.

The Sisters of Battle are joining Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector!

They join the fight for Baal Secundus because their blessed order has lent many of their numbers to Primate Guilliman as part of his Indomitus Crusade. The Adepta Sororitas appear during the single player story campaign, where they work to secure the major settlement of Angel's Fall on behalf of Dante, and in the process they become embroiled in Carleon's quest to clear the threat of the synaptic leadership that continues to plague the moon.

The new units are Battle Sisters Squad and Seraphim squad. The Battle Sisters Squad is balanced and capable, armed with Boltguns and Frak Grenades, and can use the Blessed Ammunition of their order

The Seraphim squad is a high mobility unit, able to use jump packs to leap across the battlefield. They are armed with either dual wielded bolt pistols, which they employ with surgical precision.

The units are accompanied by a new Hero, Sister Superior Verity. Through her HQ upgrades system, you can spend perk points to unlock upgrades for the other accompanying Sister of Battle units, and give them meltas and flamers, Blessed Ammunition, or even gain the unique bolter "Holy Trinity". She also has unique battle abilities, Litany of Devotion, Battle Sermon and Faith and Fury, that are used to either boost herself or the surrounding Sister of Battle units.

Interested fans can sign up to join the upcoming Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector beta.

Key Features:

  • Age of Crimson Dawn: Experience an epic twenty mission single-player campaign that explores the aftermath of the Devastation of Baal. Help Sergeant Carleon and his allies purge the Tyranid infestation on Baal Secundus, and preserve the honour of the noble Blood Angels.
  • Skirmish Mode: Fight across the surface of Baal on maps of your choosing and select either the Blood Angels or the Tyranids in the Skirmish mode. Completely customize your army list by picking your units, heroes and their loadouts.
  • Forge Your Armies: Command iconic units like the Sanguinary Priest, the Librarian Dreadnought, and the Hive Tyrant to annihilate your foes. Use over 60 abilities and 50 weapons to orchestrate your opponent’s bloody demise.
  • Build Momentum: Each faction has a unique Momentum system that can result in a Surged unit. Units that Surge are able to string together superhuman chains of actions, or use the opportunity to further upgrade their abilities.
  • Call In Air Support: Use Command Points to call in faction-specific air support abilities. The Blood Angels Stormraven can obliterate xenos with a missile barrage, or deep strike a unit of veteran Assault Marines behind enemy lines. Meanwhile, the Tyranid Harpy can devastate the enemy defenses with its Sonic Screech, or scatter the battlefield with its deadly Spore Mines.
  • Face Your Friends On The Battlefield: With live and asynchronous multiplayer, and hotseat modes available, there’s no excuse not to take your friends to war.

Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector will be released on PC (Steam) in May 2021; a console version (Xbox One and PS4) will follow in the summer.
