You play as a school girl who doesn't obey the rules. Explore the open world, pick a fight with street mobs, work part-time in a club and then spend all your money in a jiffy, and enjoy a hot date. Your choices will eventually shape the future of the city.

On the first day of school after transferring to a new city, you got framed and ended up in jail. After one year of probation, you set out to discover who set you up.

Find a partner, get familiar with the city, make money by taking part-time jobs, increase your abilities and unveil the truth.

Detained: Too Good for School's kickstarter campaign has hit the initial $13,782 funding goal within 14 hours! And it is not slowing down.

With the funding target met, O.T.K Games has revealed more stretch goals, including more localization options, console porting, new features, and even new playable characters from their last metroidvania - The Vagrant.

Currently the first two stretch goals have already been achieved. Other than the initial language options - English, Chinese and Japanese, Detained: Too Good for School will also be localized in Russian, German and Korean. Besides, players could now expect an Xbox version as well.

Additional stretch goals include PS4/PS5 port, Nintendo Switch version, online co-op, extra playable characters, expanded game world, crafting and several more.
