Starni Games announced that it will release of a fully free separate app called Strategic Mind: Spirit of Liberty Prologue 1939 in Q4 2021.

Prologue will allow all wargame fans to enjoy the early stages of the upcoming Strategic Mind: Spirit of Liberty for free. Lead the scarce Finnish forces through the Winter War, Continuation War, and Lapland War. Save your country’s very existence from the Red Menace. Niet Molotoff!

Strategic Mind: Spirit of Liberty full game will be released in Q1 2022, so it is not coming this winter holidays as the Starni Games have initially planned. They want more time to polish the game and do not want to rush the release, as Starni Games have barely made it in time with the Strategic Mind: Fight for Freedom.

Key Features:

• Two campaigns:
  • Historical campaign: Play through a number of missions throughout the 1939-1945 timeline, spanning three wars: Winter War, Continuation War, and Lapland War. The historical campaign will have smaller-scale but action-packed operations, covering all of the iconic historical battles.
  • Alternate history campaign: Play a shorter campaign with larger operations, centered around the “what if” events. Help the Germans take Leningrad, cut off the allied aid shipments to USSR by taking the port of Murmansk - that is only the beginning.
• Plot-driven gameplay: history based narrative recreates the atmosphere of war for survival.
• Advanced combat tactics: use terrain and positioning, learn skills and choose equipment for every unit to overcome your enemies.
• Through the key characters' eyes: watch over 60 minutes of battles and interaction between historical figures such as Baron Carl Mannerheim, Finland’s President Risto Ryti, and others.
