Watch in horror and amusement as gangs of gummy miscreants fight to grab, push, pull, and force their enemies from suspended scaffolds, neglected funfair attractions, and commercial haulage trucks. Gasp with shock and delight at the spectacle of pugnacious thugs punching, kicking, and throwing their foes into hazardous machinery, flaming incinerator pits, and into the path of moving trains.
Gang Beasts will launch with a whole glut of customization options, and with several new modes, including clumsy-yet-brutal 2 vs. 2 soccer matches, and a cooperative mode where up to 4 players battle against waves of thugs. Set to the slick, synth beats of Adam (Doseone) Drucker and Robert (Dirty Bob) Larder, Gang Beasts’ kickbutt soundtrack grooves with every fighting maneuver.
Gang Beasts will debut on the Nintendo eShop this September, with a Nintendo Switch physical edition to follow on December 7, 2021.
After a number of years brawling across multiple digital platforms and trucking onto physical storefronts, Gang Beasts finally launches on Nintendo Switch with 21 hazardous stages, hundreds of colorful costume customization, and multiple local, online, and local wireless multiplayer game modes.
“The Nintendo Switch is a platform we've wanted to support since the hardware was announced” said Michael Brown from Boneloaf, creators and publishers of Gang Beasts. “Nintendo consoles have always had fun local multiplayer party games, and seeing Gang Beasts on a Nintendo Switch and hearing the little beasts giggle as something horrific is happening to them is a dream come true!"
Boneloaf has partnered with Skybound Games to release a physical edition of Gang Beasts for Nintendo Switch, which will include a randomized and exclusive collectible sticker sheet, at global retail this year on December 7th.
More details for the physical edition, including pricing and pre-order information, will be announced at a later date.
