This Land Is My Land is an open world stealth action game with a living hostile environment which evolves over time independently from player actions.There are multiple ways to achieve your objectives. In addition to that, every playthrough will be unique because the world will change every time you restart the game. Cities will grow differently, camps will develop in altered places, and patrols will take new routes.
Your beautiful world has changed - incoming settlers are leaving no place for you. You have to be prepared and actively fight against it if you want to take back your land. The maze is real and something dangerous and exciting will always surprise you on every step and behind every corner.
Game mechanics will treat you as an intelligent adult who can make smart decisions to overcome our cooperative AI, that intelligently reacts to threats and changing surroundings.
This Land is My Land burst onto Steam as an Early Access title in 2019 and now it's back with a game-changing update, created in response to community feedback, offering players the chance to experience the train system, weather system and witness female NPCs for the very first time.
This brand new update includes:
- The arrival of a train! This new system will completely change the mid to late gameplay.
- Added a weather system, featuring rain or sandstorms in specific regions.
- Additional settlements were added, more camps and enemies to encounter.
Female NPCs have now been added to camps where they will be seen sorting through items and performing other activities.
The new Early Access update will go live on Steam starting Wednesday the 22nd at 12:00pm CST.
New Features
A Train has arrived!
Prepare for further tension and conflict, warriors, as the train arrives to modernize the frontier! It will deliver resources to help settlers re-establish and strengthen their offense to take your land, and will completely change the mid to late gameplay. But you will have the ability to fight back! Throughout its construction, you can prevent settlers from building sections of the railway by blowing up the train, destroying construction camps and more. But be warned, they will not be in a destroyed state for long! We suggest looking out for newspapers to aid your struggle.
Weather System
Immersive gameplay is at the forefront of This Land Is My Land, and now we’ve taken it one step further with the addition of rain and sandstorms.
New Settlements
Just when you thought you’d explored it all, think again! We’ve added more than 50 settlements to the game including new camps, prisons, farms and other types of settlements, all of which come with their exciting challenges.
Introducing the New SOCIAL!
We’ve completely reworked the SOCIAL tab and added Events and Leaderboards to it as well, to make searching and completing events and monitoring your Leaderboard position that much easier.
Women
After spending much time in development, and listening to our community, we’re delighted to reveal that Female NPCs have been added to our camps! They nurture and support members of the camp by performing various activities, with the scope to give them more active roles in future!
Avenging Other Players
Watch out for in-game announcements, wherein a player from another world got slain by an enemy! If this happens, you’ll then be given the power to avenge their death, and get rewards once you’ve successfully eliminated the enemy NPC that killed them.
Bug Fixes and QOL Improvements
- Players can now wake up stunned enemies.
- Leather is now available to craft under the Craft section.
- Call Horse ability improved.
- Items now remain at the same location where you died.
- Fixed a bug where settlements could appear in wrong places.
- Fixed a bug with the displacement of the character when riding a horse.
- Fixed a bug due to which, when restarting the game and creating a new resistance, the player was offered the same World Seed as before restarting the game.
- Added a new anti-cheat system to ensure the online component of the game is fair for all players. If you wish to use cheats and trainers for the single-player part of the game, please be sure not to bring those items to the SOCIAL trading system. Players who do will be caught, and access to the online features will be restricted.
- Added new animations.
- Improved game performance.
