The terrible violence in Ukraine is taking a tragic toll on everyone who calls it home—displacing people and devastating families, and creating an urgent need for food, water, medical supplies, shelter, and safety.
To help out however they can, Humble Bundle joined forces with game creators, book publishers, and software makers from around the globe to put together a Stand With Ukraine bundle 100% dedicated to humanitarian relief efforts for the people of Ukraine.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of the global Humble community, the 100%-for-charity Stand for Ukraine bundle raised $20.7M to support the vital humanitarian relief efforts of Razom for Ukraine, International Rescue Committee, International Medical Corps, and Direct Relief.
We’re grateful to everyone who came together and contributed to this critical cause—the people around the world who purchased a bundle; those who helped spread the word on social media and among their family and friends; and all of the publishers and developers who donated games, books, and software to the bundle. The funds we raised together will have a real impact on the lives of the people of Ukraine during this time of urgent need.
While this particular bundle is over, we’re actively working with our partners on additional opportunities to support Ukraine relief efforts during this ongoing crisis. In the meantime, we wanted to pass along some words from our Stand With Ukraine bundle charity partners, who are on the ground in Ukraine and elsewhere supporting victims and refugees, and helping provide food, water, medical supplies, and other humanitarian aid.
“Razom for Ukraine is deeply grateful to the amazing Humble Bundle community and all the supporters who have contributed to the Stand With Ukraine bundle! The $5 million raised by Humble Bundle for Razom is the largest single donation we’ve ever received. Your support will save lives through much-needed funds that will go toward critical medical aid and equipment and will be delivered to the most suffered cities and towns of Ukraine through the fastest routes possible. We are extremely thankful for your generosity and open hearts for Ukrainians during this horrifying time,”Dora Chomiak, President, Razom for Ukraine
“With almost 4 million refugees already displaced by the crisis in Ukraine, the International Rescue Committee (IRC) is immensely grateful for the timely and much-needed support from Humble Bundle and their customers. Funds raised from the “Stand With Ukraine” bundle will help the IRC’s efforts to provide lifesaving support and emergency aid for people and families that have been uprooted from their homes in Ukraine due to the conflict,” Ourania Dionysiou, Vice President of International Philanthropy and Partnerships, International Rescue Committee
“The outpouring of support from Humble Bundle’s global community in response to the devastating war in Ukraine has been extraordinarily generous. Your support enables International Medical Corps’ teams inside Ukraine and around the region to remain flexible, adapting activities to address the most urgent needs amid ongoing chaos and violence. From distributing lifesaving pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to health facilities inside Ukraine to providing families that have lost everything with the essential medical, mental health, and protection services they deserve, we are making an impact—together. Thank you, Humble Bundle community, for your incredible generosity and helping to save lives and relieve suffering—bringing healthcare and hope to so many Ukrainians when they need it most,” Rebecca Milner, Chief Advancement Officer, International Medical Corps
“Direct Relief is grateful to Humble Bundle for its generous commitment to help people impacted by the ongoing crisis in Ukraine. This support will further enable the mobilization and delivery of more medicines and emergency medical supplies into Ukraine, but receiving this generosity from the Humble community—which includes people from across the globe—brings with it profound appreciation,” Heather Bennett, Vice President, Partnerships and Philanthropy, Direct Relief
