In Galahad 3093 players will have to earn each hard-fought victory as they compete in up to 32 player combat — and savor those wins in battles of strategy, endurance and firepower.

In Galahad 3093, players pilot brutal war mechs known as Lances competing for dominance in intense battle arenas. Success in conflict brings new weapons and technology to upgrade your firepower and combat capabilities. Each Knight is a heroic warrior of the realm, a unique Lance pilot who brings with them special abilities that will dramatically reshape the battlefield.

Simutronics has launched the next extended open beta for Galahad 3093.

Live today at 6 p.m. ET through Tuesday, May 31, at 10 a.m. ET, the 11-day beta introduces Team Deathmatch mode, an underground map, over 10 weapon mods, and more.

Players can join the beta for free on PC by clicking “Request Access” on the game’s Steam page. 

Mech pilots can look forward to the following features and improvements with this beta:

• Battle in Team Deathmatch: Work together to leave a scrapyard of mechs in Team Deathmatch. Each team begins the fight with 40 tickets. Win by reducing the enemy team to zero tickets or by having more tickets when the time limit expires. 
  • Game modes will alternate between Team Deathmatch and Base Assault.
• Enter the Caverns: Bring the fight underground with Inner Loop Caverns, an interconnected cave network. The varying ceiling height adds a fun layer of challenge to navigation in this subterranean industrial map.
• Mod Your Mech: Expand your loadout with tactical modules like United Speedloader, increasing reload speed for you and all allies within a range, and Vectored Assault, enabling bonus damage while using the jump jets.
• Unlock Power with Progression: Linear module progression adds tiers to module unlocking, guaranteeing that modules improve with each unlocked tier. This progression is balanced with special Lance variants given to new players with improved survivability but fewer and weaker module slots. Players can unlock stronger Lance variants with more options, including powerful intrinsic modules.
• Show Off Your Rank: Rank Icons allow pilots to show off their experience while also giving a quick indicator (or warning!) of another player’s skill.
• Balance on the Battlefield: Improved match balancing decreases team sizes from 16 to 12 and determines team assignments based on a player’s recent game scores.

The Mech of 3093 is the Lance, a high-mobility heavy weapons platform Each Lance class has its pros and cons in battle, and are highly configurable. Arm your Lance for the tactical situation, and tune its features with upgrade modules.

• Be fast: Skim across the terrain or jump jet high above it.
• Strafe and shred up close with miniguns and shotguns.
• Blast enemies at range with beam cannons and plasma guns.
• Hammer base defenses with rockets, guided missiles and grenades.
• Shape the battlefield with deployable drones, tracking mines and spawn points.

Claim your legacy. Each Knight has taken the mantle of legendary Arthurian figures. A hero of the battlefield, each Knight brings special abilities; one passive, and one active that can dramatically impact your capabilities. Here are just a few examples:

• Wielding X-Calibur, Arthur can call down an orbital strike on his enemies.
• Gwen’s Royal Dome shields yourself and your allies from damage.
• Afterburn allows Kay’s skim jets to spread a trail of burning napalm.
• Perfect extreme maneuvers with Mordred’s Teleport ability.

Fight as a team or die alone. Sure a lone wolf can do a fair bit of damage, but precision teamwork will carry the day. Capture points, destroy enemy generators, lay down defenses. But when the time comes, move with a purpose and capture the next base before the enemy can regroup.

• Prepare for large-scale vertical engagements on complex battlefields.
• Claim the high ground and pummel enemy positions.
• Explore and utilize each environment to gain a tactical edge.
• Skill alone won’t ensure victory; you need to work together as a team.

Combine Knights and Lances with customizable loadouts.A Lance is already extremely flexible and configurable, but when combined with your roster of available Knights and their special abilities, there is no way your opponents will see what’s coming. Find the ideal build and unleash an onslaught they never expected.

• Balance weapon types or double-up guns akimbo for maximum firepower.
• Each weapon has unique strengths to discover, and awaits clever combinations.
• But don’t forget your deployable systems like gun turrets, proximity mines, drones and shield walls.
• Each Lance can be tuned from hundreds of different upgrade modules. Make it your own.

Galahad 3093 is in development for PC and will be coming to Early Access (Steam and Epic Games Store) in 2022.
