Bloodhound tells the story of a member of the Order of Keepers of the Gates, tasked with guarding the gates of Hell. Unfortunately, the Cult of Astaroth stands in their way. The Cult wants to open the gates and let the spawn of evil through them. All of this is in the name of Astaroth, the lord of the Abyss, so she can walk the earth and wreak havoc once more. You must stop the Satanists and get rid of any creatures they summon, Destroy the Cult before they can bring back their Lord.

Bloodhound offers a campaign made of 4 acts; diverse and terrifying locations, as well as 15 types of enemies and 4 bosses. The player will be aided by 10 types of weapons (including a machete, flamethrower attached chainsaw, shotgun, railgun, crossbow and missile launcher). The creators are in the middle of creating additional game modes (arena and multiplayer).

Bloodhound has received a free update that transforms the game into a pixelated boomer shooter. In this broader update, developers have introduced various improvements, enhancing the overall gunplay experience.

"As part of a comprehensive package of changes, we have implemented a variety of enhancements and fixes, significantly improving the Bloodhound experience. We made substantial adjustments to character movement and modified the gunplay to provide more satisfaction in dismantling demonic entities. We also expanded the game's narrative background, adding appropriate comic book inserts" – said Rafał "Flint" Krzemiński, CEO of Kruger & Flint Productions.

Crucially, until October 28th, 2023, Bloodhound is available at a 50% discounted price on Steam.

Kruger & Flint Productions also announced ongoing efforts to bring the game to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The console versions are slated for release in Q1 2024.
