Recruitment Survey

Recruitment Period: Now until 12/17/2023, 8:00 AM (PST)

Eligibility Notification Period: From 12/17/2023, 6:00 PM (PST) to 12/20/2023, 2:00 AM (PST)

Recruitment Process: Submit the survey by 8:00 AM (PST) on December 17, 2023 for a chance to qualify. Selected players will be notified via the email provided on the survey. Signing a confidentiality agreement is mandatory for selected players to participate.

Test Registration Details

Q: How do I sign up for the Closed Alpha Test?

A: To successfully register, please fill out the Mecha Break registration questionnaire and agree to the relevant regulations. If you have already registered and pass our review for this test, the Mecha BREAK team will notify you via email soon that you have been selected.

Note: You need a Steam account to apply for the Closed Alpha Test. If you don’t have a STEAM account, you will need to create one. Click on 'Sign in' and select 'Create a STEAM Account'.

Q: Can anyone participate in this closed alpha test?

A: Mecha BREAK's closed alpha test will be conducted on servers in Silicon Valley and Tokyo, covering specific countries/regions in North America and East Asia. The test will support PC devices on Steam in English, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese. Participants will be selected based on various criteria to gather feedback. Minimum PC system requirements apply.

If you are selected, the Mecha BREAK team will send you an email notification. Please be aware: this email may end up in your spam folder.

Q: Are there other ways to participate in this closed alpha test?

A: If you are not selected, or if your country/region currently does not meet the eligibility criteria for the Closed Alpha Test invitation, please stay tuned, as there may be more testing opportunities coming soon. Additionally, as there is a confidentiality agreement during the Closed Alpha Test period, those who obtain testing qualifications are required to adhere to the relevant agreements.

Closed Alpha Test Details

Q: What is a closed alpha test, and what is its purpose?

A: The closed alpha test is an early stage of testing, limited to a small number of players and featuring only a portion of the full game's content. It is a test version, and the Mecha BREAK team aims to gather feedback on gameplay, online experience, and other aspects for game improvement. We will also test server stability and infrastructure with this limited player sample to prepare for future player expansion.

Q: Why does the closed alpha test only support PC?

A: We value the gaming experience of all players. Choosing PC as the platform for the closed alpha test is based on development progress and resource considerations. PC offers flexibility for quick iteration and adjustments, allowing us to effectively gather feedback, optimize the game promptly. That way we can ensure quality and stability when expanding to other platforms in the future. Our team is working to ensure a great experience on consoles in the future. We plan to include more platforms in upcoming testing phases.

Q:When is the Closed Alpha Test, and how long will it last?

Each server will be available for four days.
