Steam Next Fest Is On Now, Hundreds Of Demos Available - Day #2

The February 2023 edition of Steam Next Fest is officially underway, with hundreds of free demos just waiting to be played!

From now until February 13th at 10am PST, explore demos from teams all over the world across any genre you can imagine.

These are all games you have a chance to sample before they launch on Steam, so wishlist your favorites to be notified once they do.

Valve are also kicking off an entire week of developer livestreams and chats with our own official stream starting today (February 6) at 11am PST HERE, on the main event page.

(Check the schedule to plan ahead to join any others that interest you throughout the duration of the event!)

Here's a list of some notable demos available.

  • A Space For The Unbound:  aC oming-of-age adventure where you follow two high school sweethearts on a journey of self-discovery at the end of their high school years while facing the end of the world. Explore 90s Indonesian town, uncover its secrets, use supernatural powers to dive into people's hearts, and pet cats.
  • Bloody Efforts: Play as a brave Warrior keen in his swordsmanship, a wise Sage spellcasting powerful Magic or an adventurous Bard healing wounded allies. Is that not your take? Then create your own Heroes! Set their Weapons, Skills, Passives and join the battle to prove your own hierarchy through Bloody Efforts.
  • Boundary:  Boundary is a multiplayer tactical space-based shooter game, engaging in fierce team vs team zero gravity firefights and executing low-gravity operations on orbiting space installations against other enemy astroperators and other entities.
  • Bleak Sword DX: Discover and destroy increasingly horrifying creatures across an oppressive lofi world, wielding fierce weaponry and powerful magic in this pocket-sized action adventure.
  • Bunker Builder Simulator:  Plan your work, dig a hole and build a bunker, that will survive anything! Manage safety, needs and moods of your clients, so you can become the best architect and earn a fortune. Will you be able to meet the expectations?
  • Dust & Neon: Dust & Neon pits a single cowboy against an army of robots in this fast-paced, roguelite action twin-stick shooter, set in a futuristic Wild West.
  • Highwater: Earth has flooded, and the planet is doomed, but there’s still time to enjoy the view. Guide Nikos and friends through the flooded world of Highwater and beyond in this turn-based strategy adventure game, where they’ll have to fight for their chance to escape.
  • Infection Free Zone: Take charge of a group of survivors from your city. Choose your base of operations, then rebuild and readapt the buildings around you to create a self-sustaining settlement. And when the night falls - Defend the zone from the infected! Play on ANY CITY IN THE WORLD, using real geographical data!
  • King's Orders: King's Orders is a simplified historical strategy game with an important innovation. You command thy armies by sending letters with orders.   • Meet Your Maker: Meet your Maker is a post-apocalyptic first-person building-and-raiding game where every level is designed by players.   • Rusted Moss: Rusted Moss is a twin-stick shooter metroidvania where you sling around the map with your grapple, blasting your way through witches and rusted machine monstrosities alike.
