Apex Legends delivers a squad-based battle royale experience with a uniquely Respawn flavor. Players will select from one of eight Legends - each with their own unique abilities and playstyles - and the last team standing wins. Combatants can choose from unique characters like Bloodhound, the tracker who can see recent enemy activity on the map, or Lifeline, a battlefield medic who can shield teammates and bring them back from the brink of death. Balanced squads and teamwork are critical, as each Legend is easy to pick up and learn, but challenging to master.

Apex Legends showcases several new genre-leading innovations, starting before players even start the match. Once players are ready to begin, they’ll choose their drop point with the Jumpmaster system, giving each squad full control over exactly where they drop in. Is it smarter to head straight for the most valuable loot and risk early conflict with other teams, or make for one of the outlying areas to plot an attack and let other squads pick each other off?

Respawn Entertainment revealed today the all-new Veiled Collection Event for Apex Legends: Revelry, which will run from April 25 to May 9.

The upcoming event adds a brand-new limited-time mode TDM “Unshielded Deadeye” where Legends wield limited rotating loadouts. With no helmets or shields, players will race to 50 kills to prove themselves a Champion among Legends.

In addition to the new mode, 24 new limited-timed cosmetics can be unlocked throughout the event. These include new Legendary skins for Wattson, Rampart, Gibraltar and more, and players can earn additional items with the event’s rewards track during this time as well. If players unlock all 24 cosmetics before the Collection Event ends, they’ll automatically receive Caustic’s new Prestige skin, “Apex Contagion.” 

NEW LIMITED-TIME MODE: TDM UNSHIELDED DEADEYE

TDM Unshielded Deadeye is a twist on Team Deathmatch with Legends wielding limited, rotating loadouts each match to prove their skill. Every match loadouts will be randomly given so players will start with one of the following weapon sets:

• Wingman and 30-30 Repeater
• Hemlok and G7 Scout
• Kraber and Sentinel

Care packages are turned off and players will have no shields or helmets. The first team to 50 kills wins and will reveal the true Champions among Legends. 

VEILED COLLECTION EVENT ITEMS

Unlock 24 explosive limited-time cosmetics, with Legendary skins for Wattson, Rampart, Gibraltar, and more. 

All 24 items will be available in exchange for Apex Coins or Crafting Metals and in Veiled  Collection Event Apex Packs for the entire duration of the event.

If you unlock all 24 cosmetics in the collection before the event ends, you’ll automatically receive Caustic’s new Prestige skin, “Apex Contagion”! 

REWARD TRACKER

You can earn up to 1,600 points per day and challenges refresh daily. All these challenges also stack with your Battle Pass so you can complete multiple challenges at once.
