Caliber focuses on the tactical interaction between four distinct roles in a team of operatives and sports stunningly detailed character models, armaments and equipment from a collection of national special forces, including the KSK, GROM and many others.

Players can plunge into intense and deep battles, utilize the unique abilities of dozens of operatives and fight on maps with diverse weather conditions in several PvP and PvE modes.

Caliber challenges players to think about skill balance and battle plans before taking the fight to the enemy. The outcome of the battle depends not only on individual player skill, but also on well-coordinated teamwork.

Fight against other players in PvP, complete intense missions in PvE, or become a feared master of Frontline, the mixed PvPvE game mode. Over a dozen detailed maps with varied locations, from the Middle Eastern motifs of Karkhad to the European atmosphere of Zalessye.

1C Game Studios confirms the release date for Caliber, as the game will become available on Steam starting April 12, 2023.

Along with the release date, 1C Game Studios has published the development Roadmap for 2023.

Major game updates for Q2 and Q3 include new operator collection, new maps and story missions along with 3D scopes, new war theaters and new game modes. One of the main additions to the game will be the introduction of Batalhão de Operações Policiais Especiais (BOPE) squad - a special police unit of the Military Police of Rio de Janeiro State (PMERJ) in Brazil.

Update 0.20.0 is already available. We introduced the first Legendary Outfits for SSO RB: Bodyguards. We also rebalanced some operators and fixed several bugs.

To celebrate our Steam release, we are launching a special Steam Event in Caliber, which will become active on April 12. New tasks will be issued every day at 10 AM MSK until April 19.

You will receive 400 Coins for launching the game for the first time. Also, you will be able to receive 400 Coins each day for completing daily tasks of the Steam Event. So, during the event, you can earn up to 3,200 Coins.

There are 68 playable operators in Caliber, with 17 real-world special forces units across 12 countries, including USA, UK, Israel, Germany and France, including Poland’s GROM, the US Navy SEALs and the Kommando Spezialkräfte of Germany.

Each operator in Caliber has a unique set of skill sets, weapons and special abilities:

• Assault - The fastest unit, capable of flanking the enemy to get behind their lines.
• Marksman - Provides cover and eliminates targets at long range.
• Medic - Heals and revives allies and is effective in combat at close and medium range.
• Support - Heavily armed operator with lots of HP and armor. The Support’s main goal is to divert the enemy’s attention and disrupt their attacks.

Caliber is coming to PC (Steam) on April 12, 2023.
