'FIFA 23' Predicts Women’s World Cup 2023 Winner

by Rainier on June 26, 2023 @ 11:53 a.m. PDT

FIFA 23 offers unrivaled authenticity and immersion, enabling players to take to the pitch with the biggest leagues, clubs and athletes in the world of football.

The advancements to FIFA 23’s HyperMotion2 technology (only available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Stadia) and physics system have unlocked an array of new features making the gameplay experience feel more immersive than ever. Team and player movement across the pitch is more responsive, smart and authentic, whether jockeying against a defender or claiming an aerial ball against an attacker as a keeper. Players can also look forward to a new intelligent dribbling system, a more natural and fluid transition to shooting, all-new acceleration mechanics, enhanced player awareness and much more. With the debut of women’s club teams, all-new animations informed by the movement of real-life female players have been added to FIFA 23.

The most true-to-life experience of The World’s Game, FIFA 23 now features women’s club teams with Barclays Women’s Super League and Division 1 Arkema joining the biggest stars and teams, including 19,000+ players across 700+ teams in over 100 stadiums and over 30 leagues. FIFA 23 is the only place you can play the iconic UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Europa Conference League, CONMEBOL Libertadores, CONMEBOL Sudamericana, Premier League, Bundesliga, and LaLiga Santander in the same game.

EA Sports FIFA 23 features a variety of mode advancements and innovations across Career Mode, Pro Clubs, VOLTA Football, FIFA 23 Ultimate Team and more. The new Training Center coaching system will also give new and less experienced players the ability to easily learn the fundamentals of gameplay and hone their skills before jumping into a match.

The most coveted prize in women’s football is here with the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023. Co-hosts Australia and New Zealand welcome 30 other nations—including the back-to-back champions from the USA —to compete for the title of world’s best.

With the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 coming to FIFA 23 as a free update in late June, we’ve used the Tournament mode equipped with HyperMotion2 technology and updated FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 ratings to simulate all 64 matches and see who will hoist the trophy in August.

Read on for the official EA Sports prediction for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 and make your own prediction now.

FINAL

There’s never been a final in the history of the FIFA Women’s World Cup without one of these two titans. But for the first time ever, the United States and Germany squared off with the trophy on the line.

The result was an attacking display from both sides that showcased why they’re the two most decorated nations in the women’s game. Alex Popp scored an equaliser at 2-2 to take her tournament tally to six but it wasn’t enough as the American hero Alex Morgan found the net twice in the second half to lead the USWNT to a third FIFA Women’s World Cup title in a row and fifth total.

GOLDEN BOOT

Three of the most deadly strikers topped the list, with Alex Morgan pipped by Putellas and Popp at the top. Putellas took home the award having provided more assists, doing so twice to go with her six goals in just four matches.
