In a not-too-distant, retro-future world shaken by a shortage of medicine, a talented pharmacist is accused of murdering Patient Zero. He flees to the slums, where he tries to survive in isolation until he can recreate the formula for the drug that will save his life.

The action is set in a bleak future, in which the player becomes a pharmacology specialist and uses his extensive knowledge to help those in need. At the same time, he tries to stay alive and get the last substance for the formula of a remedy that will cure him of a deadly disease.

The shortage of medicine leads to clashes and further divides society. People stand in long lines, hoping to get whatever medicine they can. If that fails, they have to find another solution. And this is where you appear.

In the Underdose, players will explore all the elements needed to treat patients in the underground clinic. They will be equipped with retro-future medical technology that will help them to scan the patients’ bodies, diagnose problems, check charts and medical compendiums. It will be important to pay attention to details, listen to patients’ stories just as carefully and manage owned resources wisely.

The finale of the story will depend entirely on the players. They will be faced with difficult choices whether to treat every patient or to save medicine for the main character. Their decisions will affect which path the main character will take and whether we will succeed in saving him.
