Nominations for the 29 categories including Game of the Year, Best Game Direction, Best Independent Game, Best Performance and Best Adaptation will be announced during the special.

The Game Awards nominees are selected by a global jury of over 130 media publications and creator outlets from around the world. Following the nominations announcement, fans can vote for their favorite games, studios and creatives via authenticated online voting on the official TGA website from November 18th to December 11th at 6 pm PT.
