Vikings, pirates, aliens, and more battle in a tourney of champions for bragging rights, mead, and the joy of delivering a beatdown. Players can play classic four player local matches, fight online, or create a custom lobby to challenge friends.

Odin, King of the Gods, built a heaven for warriors and called it Valhalla. On his command, Valkyries, beautiful goddesses of war, scoured the universe for the greatest warriors to fill this hall. To Odin’s surprise, the Valkyries brought back not only vikings, but legendary warriors of every description, and soon pirates, cowboys, Mongol warriors, Amazons, even monsters and aliens roamed the hall.

While waiting for Ragnarok, the warriors become bored. Constant battle spilled out of the Great Hall, and Asgard was smashed to rubble again and again. Odin, pulling his hair out in a last moment of desperation, set up the grand tournament. Now, the best warriors from every time and place fight to become champion, while the Valkyries constantly venture far and wide to bring back warriors who will earn them honor in Brawlhalla.

Brawlhalla's BCX 2024 drew to a close this weekend, wrapping up three days of World Championship competition, community expo, and exciting announcements about what's to come for the free-to-play fighting game.

Brawlhalla Star Wars Event Wave 2

On December 4, Star Wars characters Han Solo, Chewbacca, Kay Vess and Nix, and the Mandalorian with Grogu will join Brawlhalla! With them come a new Map and other Items to be revealed at a later date. This Event also brings a new Companion feature for Grogu, who will follow the Mandalorian around in battle. He can't attack or be attacked, though he will react to the brawl by emoting and other actions.

New Game Features

Expect to see the new Chakram weapon in 2025, which mode swaps with down-light attacks between a one-handed weapon and a faster dual-wielded weapon.

Clans have been a staple of Brawlhalla since its inception in 2015, and in 2025, they will evolve into Guilds. Guilds are designed to redefine how the community connects and competes, and will offer enhanced features like Guild Leaderboards, Missions, Battles, and more. Unlike Clans, Guilds will also be available on consoles, giving even more Brawlers access to the social feature.

Challenges are also getting a major update 2025, bringing new tutorials and ramped-up challenges, like the Lava Challenge and Dodge Read Challenge, designed to improve player skill. Lin Fei will also be there to help and react to how players perform, making it a fun feature for all Brawlers.
