Arknights: Endfield is set in the world of the mobile tower defense RPG hybrid Arknights, which launched in 2020.

Arknights: Endfield finds players on a planet called Talos-II, a harsh alien world rife with catastrophes and risks, beset by various threats and disasters, including the supernatural catastrophe known as the Blight.

The deep story and cyberpunk-themed world of Arknights is further explored in season 2 of the popular anime series, Arknights: Perish in Frost produced by Yostar Pictures now streaming on Crunchyroll. 

Publisher GRYPHLINE announced its beta test for Arknights: Endfield is now open for sign-ups. The sign-up period begins on Dec. 14 at 11:00 AM (UTC+8) and interested players can follow the game on social media to stay up to date on information regarding the beta.

To register, players can visit the official website, click "sign up", and complete the registration survey. The beta test is set for a simultaneous global launch with accepted players embarking on their journey starting mid-January 2025. The beta will feature English, Japanese, Korean, and Mandarin voice-over and UI options. 

In anticipation of this Arknights: Endfield beta test, the team has shared a new concept trailer to provide a glimpse of what awaits participants. Players will have the chance to explore the world of Talos-II as the Endministrator and experience exclusive content. For more details on the beta test, please visit the official product website.
