Developer Funday Games and published Ghost Ship Publishing have just revealed that Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor reached 500,000 units sold in just a week after its release into Steam Early Access!
Initial release on early access will include:
- 4 playable characters
- +30 weapons
- +10 enemy types
- 1-3 bosses
- 3-5 biomes
- Multiple mission types
- A deep progression system of perks, artifacts and upgrades
“The 1.0 version of the game will be a fully balanced and polished experience. There will also be more of every type of content and other features, to be determined as we get feedback from the community during Early Access”
Funday Games have also revealed their Early Access roadmap in which they map out additional content that will be making its way into the game as it progresses towards a full 1:0 release including new biomes, biome mutators, bosses and overclocks. The Early Access phase is currently estimated to last 6-12 months as Funday Games works alongside the player community to finish the game.
