Lachance will work closely with the entire publishing organization and other studios within the company to maximize opportunities for the studio. He will report to Ben Bell, Senior Vice President, Production and Studios, Warner Bros. Games.

Prior to joining Warner Bros. Games Montréal, Lachance was the Studio Director of Bethesda Game Studios in Montréal. Previously, he also held several leadership positions at Behaviour Interactive. He is a graduate of McGill University with a degree in computer-based information systems.
