As you know, The Finals is the world's greatest free-to-play combat game show! Our contestants plug in to our virtual world and join teams in escalating tournaments. They fight it out in our beautifully-rendered arenas based on real-world locations that they can alter, exploit, and even destroy.

Sure, you can aim and shoot, but contestants that add our carefully curated virtual environments to their arsenal are more likely to advance, so do anything you can imagine in the name of victory! Burn arenas to the ground! Send wrecking balls crashing into your opponents! Don't just pull triggers - pull down buildings!

Embark Studios announced that Season 4 of The Finals is launching September 26, 2024.

But first, we need to say goodbye to Season 3!  This season, we introduced a gorgeous new map and started the World Tour, along with the new Ruby rank (will you be Ruby by the end of the season?) and the Emerald badge! However, we know the switch to Terminal Attack as ranked mode was a misstep. But with missteps come learnings, and while we believe in TA and saw many of you playing and enjoying it, it's just not quite the right fit for our Ranked Play or the core of THE FINALS!

This new season will introduce an all-new theme, a new arena map, weapons, battlepass and more. With ranked Cashout coming back and new elements that harken back to the first season of The Finals, Season 4 is bringing players back to the heart and soul of the game.

Highlights include:

• Cashout Ranked – Season 4 will see the return of Cashout as the Ranked mode. Contestants must hunt for vaults, defend the cashout, revive their team and coin back in again and again! Terminal Attack will still be available to play as a casual mode.

 

Choose Your Sponsor – This season, players will have the opportunity to partner with 1 of 3 sponsors. Each sponsor will reward your loyalty with unique rewards. Contestants must choose one brand to represent for the entire length of the season. The lineup for this season’s sponsors will include HOLTOW, ENGIMO, or ISEUL-T.

 

New Map – With a new season of THE FINALS, comes a new map. Fortune Stadium is a brand-new Arena map and will feature districts dedicated to each generous sponsor.
