33 Immortals invites players to “face the wrath of God” in a “lean, mean distillation of the MMO raid experience” upon its Early Access release on Epic Games Store, Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC and with Xbox Game Pass for console and PC in 2024. Fans are encouraged to sign up for the coming Beta on the developer’s website.
In 33 Immortals, players are damned souls, rebelling against God's final judgment. The game’s quick and seamless matchmaking launches 33 players into punchy co-op roguelike raids, in a radically streamlined re-imagining of the MMO experience Thunder Lotus has dubbed “pick-up and raid”. Players optimize their builds to match their playstyle, mixing and matching weapons, perks, and persistent upgrades to steadily improve their rebellion’s odds of withstanding the wrath of God. Above all, 33 Immortals actively encourages players to collaborate throughout the runs, to ensure that the largest and strongest group possible survives the enemy hordes, and prevails in the showstopping boss fights.
33 Immortals is back for Xbox Insiders with a third playtest starting January 28, will be available for 10 days and end on February 6, 2025.

How to Participate:
- On January 28, sign-in on your Xbox Series X|S console or Windows PC and launch the Xbox Insider Hub app (or install the Xbox Insider Hub from the Store first if necessary)
- Navigate to Previews > 33 Immortals
- Select Join
- Wait for the registration to complete and be directed to the Store and install 33 Immortals Beta

Player Progression

- Improvements to the targeting system (Bow of Hope arrows, Daggers of Greed takedown, Staff of Sloth orbs, etc.)
Combat
- Adjustments have been made to the Staff of Sloth gameplay.
- Adjustments to the charge time of the Sword of Justice and Daggers of Greed weapons.
- Adjustments to the weapon upgrades of all weapons.
- Updates to the Sword of Justice attack animation loop.
- Updates to the Daggers of Greed attack animation loop.
- Players will now be healed for a % of HP instead of a flat number when using Bone Shrines.
- A buffer period has been added for a player who is being revived while the countdown hits zero.
- Reduced the speed of a player being revived while in soul form.
UI
- Legendary Relic Anointed Chalice has been added back to the pool.
- Anointed Chalice's effect has been changed:
- All players are automatically revived once when killed, at full health with a pristine soul -> You take % less damage from Bosses per player near you. % will vary depending on which map.
- Adjusted the description of Perks Immeasurable Love and Empyreal Deceptiveness to better convey their effects.
- Camera movement should be smoother when teleporting.
- Adjusted the difficulty of Inferno Wrath of God phases to allow them to scale in difficulty in later maps.
- Lucifer's 3rd phase will now start after 7 health bars (was previously 6).
- Cast time duration of Adam and Eve's Forbidden Knowledge attack has been doubled.
- Adjusted the loot drops from Boss chests and boss health bars.
Other
- Meta currencies (Eternal Shards, Paragons, Stardust) totals will now appear when collected during a run.
- Health bars for enemies will no longer be hidden when an enemy is healed back to full.
