Coridden brings back similar vibe and fun action as old-school co-op RPGs, such as the Diablo games, BG: Dark Alliance, Champions of Norrath but also those that engrossed us in their engaging narrative and side quest-hunting such as Baldur’s Gate 2: Shadows of Amn.

Venture out alone or in Co-Op with up to 3 friends on a journey to uncover the dark secrets sealed inside the legendary city of Aasha.

Coridden’s world is in a sort of post-apocalyptic scenario where nature and creatures dominate, but humans still have access to highly advanced technology they do not fully understand, similar to the feel of the world in Horizon Zero Dawn.

Publisher Anshar Publishing and two-person development team Aftnareld have revealed that Coridden will be launching for PC (Steam) on January 29, 2025. 

Speaking on the impending launch, Anshar’s Community Manager, Feanen, said, “Coridden offers a fun twist on shapeshifting: defeat a beast to be able to transform into it. The change is smooth and effortless, and it gives you access to a whole new set of abilities. But the true essence lies in Coridden's combat — discover fun elemental combinations, stack effects, and enjoy action-packed skirmishes against packs of beasts!

At its core, Coridden is about the simple belief that co-op games are not only fun, but are also important for bringing people together!

• BECOME A SHIFTER: Switch between your human and beast form freely to utilize each form's strengths and skills when needed. The different beast forms are not only formidable in fights, you can also use them to faster traverse and overcome obstacles in the world.
• ACTION FOCUSED COMBAT: Experience intense combat action where both your own skills and character gear matters. Learn when to attack, dodge, jump, shapeshift and use your abilities to effectively take out the aggressive beasts, bandits and machines that you’ll encounter on your journey.

• EXPLORE THE WORLD OF HEERA: Take the role as one of four siblings, each one with their own distinct personality, opening up for different sidequests and choices in conversations.
