SEGA announced that Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Nintendo Switch 2 Edition will be available digitally on on December 4, 2025.

The Nintendo Switch 2 Edition Upgrade Pack will also be available for $10.00 USD for owners of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds on Nintendo Switch, with content and progress able to transfer over via the upgrade. 

Beginning Thursday, December 4, 2025 until Thursday, December 11, 2025, there will be an introductory discount for the Upgrade Pack, priced at $5.00 USD.

The Nintendo Switch 2 Edition will launch digitally Thursday, December 4, 2025, and physically (full base game on the cartridge) in early 2026.
