This transaction is part of Bandai Namco Entertainment’s strategy to refocus its portfolio to areas where the company delivers the strongest content.

Backed by this private investor, the studio will continue its entrepreneurial and creative journey in the specialist segment of building and management simulation games.

Limbic Entertainment GmbH (known for Park Beyond, Tropico 6, Might & Magic X Legacy), will continue operating under its current leadership and will retain its studio name and identity. Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe and Limbic are working together to ensure an orderly transition.
