Each individual piece of equipment has its own unique stats, which combined with the number of weapon and armor types to choose from allows Outers, the altered humans who can don Arsenals, to customize their Arsenal to their combat style and always have gear to chase. Outers can acquire gear through multiple avenues, including purchasing it from in-game vendors, finding hidden boxes of equipment in the world, defeating enemies, and using data to craft gear at their home base. he more gear Outers collect, the more build options and strategies they’ll have at their disposal when picking loadouts for the battlefield.
