by Rainier on May 29, 2025 @ 6:00 a.m. PDT

GeForce NOW taps into the thriving PC gaming ecosystem by streaming games from NVIDIA GPUs in the cloud, this week adding 6 new titles to its library.

When you fire up your favorite game, you’re playing it instantly. That’s what it means to be Game Ready on GeForce NOW. The experience has been optimized for cloud gaming and includes Game Ready Driver performance improvements. NVIDIA manages the game updates and patches. And when a game supports RTX, you can play it on GeForce NOW with beautifully ray-traced graphics and DLSS 3/4.

The GeForce NOW library is ever-growing. In an effort to help spotlight the games that are coming to the service, we’re moving to a monthly cadence for announcing new instant access games. Games will continue to be released every week – with new game launches available day-and-date, and back catalog games released each Thursday – but our members, and your readers, will now be able to learn about what’s coming a little further in advance.

GeForce NOW is supercharging Valve’s Steam Deck with a new native app, delivering the high-quality GeForce RTX-powered gameplay members are used to— all on a portable handheld device.

It’s perfect to pair with the six games available this week, including Tokyo Xtreme Racing from Genki Co.,Ltd.

Stream Deck

At CES, GeForce NOW announced a native app for the Steam Deck, unlocking the full potential of Valve’s handheld for cloud gaming.

The app is now available, and gamers can now stream titles on the Steam Deck at up to 4K 60fps - connected to a TV - with HDR10, DLSS 4, and Reflex on supported games. And they’ll be able to run them at settings and performance levels that aren’t possible natively on the Steam Deck. Additionally, Steam Deck users can enjoy up to 50% longer battery life when streaming from an RTX gaming rig in the cloud.

Steam Deck gamers will be able to play graphic-intense AAA titles…imagine playing Clair Obscure Expedition 33, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, Monster Hunter Wilds, and Microsoft Flight Sim 2024 at max settings without worrying about hardware limits or battery drain. With GeForce NOW, Steam Deck gamers will be able to access over 2,200 supported games on GeForce NOW, including titles from their Steam, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft, Battle.net and Xbox libraries, with over 180 supported PC Game Pass titles.

With GeForce NOW on the Steam Deck, gamers get all the perks of an RTX 4080 GPU owner, but on a handheld, with less battery drain and no overheating. Dock it to the TV for a big-screen experience, or game on the go. Unlock a massive game library, better visuals, and access to games that wouldn’t run before.
