Kaku: Ancient Seal puts players in the role of a young primitive child, Kaku, who’s tasked with going on a journey across a sprawling continent. Accompanied by your pet pig, you’ll have to brave the four elemental regions - Flaming Mountain, Dragon Bone Desert, Misty Swamp, and Windy Snow Field - and conquer their lords if you’re to fulfill your destiny. Most importantly, you’ll have to find food, since your pig pal isn’t for eating.

A mysterious continent, a pig, a young hero - are you ready for this great adventure？Kaku has lived alone on a snowy mountaintop for years, always dreaming about the world that lay beyond. Now, the ancient keeper from the mysterious ruins told him that it’s his destiny to go on a continent-spanning adventure with a pig. He can’t stop imagining what he’ll find in the outside world. Maybe some legendary creatures are waiting for him? Will they be good and kind, or snippy and inimical? Perhaps he’ll find trouble with other tribes? But he’ll never know unless he sets foot on this journey. For now, the only thing he needs to worry about is how to communicate with a pig, and how to fill his belly since that pig isn’t for eating.

Through the ages, the landform of this continent has evolved under the effects of the four elements. Now known as Flaming Mountain, Dragon Bone Desert, Misty Swamp, and Windy Snow Field, each region is gorgeously realized with expressive 3D characters occupying more realistic environments. Utilizing a variety of animation styles, KAKU: Ancient Seal’s ancient elemental continent is full of mysterious, fantastic appeal.

Developer BINGOBELL announced that Kaku: Ancient Seal is set to launch for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series on October 17, 2025, inviting players on a journey as intense as it is legendary.

There are many ruins hiding somewhere on this continent, and many people have coveted the treasures deep within them, but no one knows where they are anymore. Now, you are standing at the entrance of the ageless mysteries: do you have the courage to take on these challenges?

Create your own arsenal. Equip stone, wood, or metal swords and shields, along with a slingshot and other ranged weaponry. Remember to tailor your arsenal ahead of each boss fight, as tougher foes will require the right tools for the job.

Currently available for PC (Steam), Kaku: Ancient Seal is coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S in October 17, 2025.
