Fight your way through procedurally-generated destructible environments as a squad of elite mercenaries. Use your skills, wits, and teamwork to eliminate the alien threats in daring operations deep inside the colonies infested by the alien DarkSwarm.
The game is set in a dark futuristic world ravaged by corporate warfare for dominance throughout the cosmos. The corporations have no moral qualms whatsoever, and will deploy everything from nuclear strikes to engineered xenobiological weapons to claim and protect their assets.
Winning is all that matters.
The monstrous alien DarkSwarm infecting the outer colonies might just be a consequence of this galactic struggle. Though this is currently unverified speculation. Regardless, the DarkSwarm is a constant threat to be dealt with by the corporations. Hired expendable bodies has proven an effective tool.
In such a world there is a lot of profit to be made. Your team of elite mercenaries are there to cut the biggest slice of the war-cake while fighting the DarkSwarm and completing extremely dangerous missions for the corporate elite.
