Embark on Everdark: Undead Apocalypse, an action-packed shooter that blends classics like Unreal or Doom with influences from survival horror games such as Resident Evil. Filled with references to 1980s horror movies, you'll be transported to a city swarming with vampires, where you'll face these creatures in diverse and bloody ways.

Upon returning from a visit to your cousin in Milwaukee, you're forced to take a detour that leads you to Everdark. Then, you suffer a terrible car accident that leaves you stranded with no way to call for help or continue your journey.

The only way out is on foot. However, the streets have descended into chaos... The city is infested with vampires that have wiped out most of its inhabitants!

Choose from a varied arsenal and face the challenges with different strategies while you make your way through a city full of puzzles and enigmas. Use firearms, melee weapons and the classic vampire-slaying tools like holy water, crosses, garlic and the favorite among experts: the wooden stake!

Will you make it out alive? And if you can, make sure you help the few citizens that are still alive.

Everdark: Undead Apocalypse has released its public demo, paving the way for Steam Next Fest and confirming its digital launch on October 24, 2025.

The team will take part in October’s Steam Next Fest with official developer livestreams.

There will be two official broadcasts with guided gameplay + live Q&A and a community challenge.

• 2 levels (15–25 min) that distill the game’s DNA: shooter systems + adventure beats + survival horror + narrative.
