Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora brings to life the alluring world of Pandora with all of its beauty and danger in an immersive, open world experience.

In this new, standalone story, play as a Na’vi and embark on a journey across the Western Frontier, a never-before-seen part of Pandora. Explore a living and reactive world inhabited by unique creatures and new characters, and push back the formidable RDA forces that threaten it.

Abducted by the human militaristic corporation known as the RDA, you, a Na’vi child, are trained and molded to serve their purpose. Following the Battle of the Hallelujah Mountains, you are put into emergency cryosleep as the RDA evacuates Pandora. You awake 15 years later in an abandoned facility and step onto Pandora, a stranger in your birthplace. You soon learn that the RDA is back, more dangerous than ever, and is once again threatening the flourishing ecosystems of Pandora and its clans.

In Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora you will experience a first-person action-adventure game exclusively developed to maximize the power of new-gen consoles and PC. Set after the events of the first Avatar film, you’ll embark on a journey across the Western Frontier, a never-before-seen continent of Pandora, as you join other Na’vi clans to protect Pandora from the formidable forces of the RDA.

Ubisoft announced “From the Ashes”, an action-adventure expansion to Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, coming to Ubisoft+, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Amazon Luna, PC (Ubisoft Store, Epic Games Store, and Steam) on December 19, 2025.

This expansion invites players to return to a section of the Western Frontier, encompassing the Kinglor Forest and a brand-new area, in a gripping new story of vengeance and survival. The expansion launches the same day as the theatrical release for Avatar: Fire and Ash, extending the adventure for all Avatar fans.

Developed by Massive Entertainment, in collaboration with Lightstorm Entertainment and Disney, “From the Ashes” sees players embark on the journey of So’lek, a battle-hardened Na’vi warrior from the Trr’ong clan. Ambushed and left for dead by the RDA and their new allies—the ruthless Ash clan—So’lek awakens to a world in flames and his Sarentu family scattered. Driven by grief and vengeance, he sets out to reunite with and protect his loved ones.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora – “From the Ashes” expansion will be available as a standalone purchase for players who already own the base game or will be available for purchase as part of the new “From the Ashes” Edition, which will contain the base game and the “From the Ashes” expansion, along with “Floating Mountains Bonus Content” (three distinct banshee color patterns inspired by the Valley of Mo’ara in Pandora – The World of Avatar):

A 3rd-Person Update for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will be launching on December 5, introducing New Game+ and third-person mode for the main game.
