MyTEAM in NBA 2K26 will put past and present legends to the test in new single-player and multiplayer modes while players can lead a franchise as a General Manager in MyNBA, with 30 unique storylines to win a championship. More details on NBA 2K26 will be shared in the coming weeks.

2K announced that NBA 2K26 Season 4 launches this Friday, January 9, with all-new content across MyCAREER, MyTEAM, and The W. Roll out the red carpet for this Season’s featured heroes, San Antonio Spur Victor Wembanyama and Philadelphia 76er Tyrese Maxey, as they take center stage on the road to the 2026 NBA All-Star Game in Los Angeles.

The latest updates and rewards include:

• MyCAREER: Earning a spot in the All-Star Game starting lineup is a special honor for rookies and veterans alike. Showcase undeniable MyPLAYER talent in the 3-point content, Slam Dunk Contest, and the game itself to add to a decorated legacy. Seasonal rewards include a Level 32 Tyrese Haliburton Big Head Mask, a Level 36 All-Star Hockey Jersey, and for the first time ever in The City a cel-shaded, Level 39 Hyperfade Suit, and more. Wear & Earn events will continue where players will have the chance to show off the All-Star swag and celebrate the Lunar New Year. 
• The Park*: The NBA 2K16 community-favorite, Rivet City Championship MyPARK, returns in NBA 2K26. Take your MyPLAYER to the iconic high-altitude park above The City limits to compete with your Crew all Season. 
• MyTEAM: MyTEAM cards feature a collection of players from the modern era, starting with a Level 1 Amethyst Tyrese Maxey Evo card that evolves to a 94 OVR and peaks with a Level 40 99 OVR Dark Matter Russell Westbrook card. Additional highlights include Level 10 Diamond Thabo Sefolosha, Level 20 Pink Diamond DeAndre Jordan, Level 28 Galaxy Opal Coach Tyronn Lue, and a second 99 OVR player with Level 35 Dark Matter Angel Reese. 
• The W*: WNBA free agency is around the corner, and we’re eager to see if some of the league’s high-impact players make a move. Until then, players can chase all-new weekly and seasonal rewards in The W. 
• Season 4 Pro Pass & Hall of Fame Pass**: The Season 4 Pro Pass & Hall of Fame Pass unlocks 40 additional levels of content, including automatic rewards like Gold Fierce Lion Head, Animated Ice Blue Voltage Zip-Up Hoodie, Galaxy Opal Aaron Gordon and Season 4 Pro Pass Pack, and premium awards such as Skull Gaiter at Level 3, Red ‘Court Vision’ Glowing Eyes at Level 33, and Season 4 Galaxy Opal Option Pack at Level 37. 
• 2K Beats: A specially curated playlist by A-Trak will be added to the Season 4 Soundtrack. From stat-sheet stuffers to lockdown defenders, Season 4 of NBA 2K26 boasts a bevy of formidable MyTEAM cards to bolster your lineup. Collect a series of players from the modern era and leverage their various skills to dominate MyTEAM’s single-player and multiplayer modes.

Level 1 Amethyst Tyrese Maxey (Evo Card)

Tyrese Maxey has evolved from a late first-round pick in the 2020 NBA Draft to the 2024 Most Improved Player of the Year, and now a legitimate All-Star. The 25-year-old guard is third in points per game with 31.5, trailing only Luka Dončić and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Get buckets during Season 4 of NBA 2K26 with the Level 1 Amethyst Tyrese Maxey Evo card, and increase the card’s rating to a 94 OVR.

Level 10 Diamond Thabo Sefolosha

If Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook were the Oklahoma City Thunder’s electrifying offense, Thabo Sefolosha was the booming defense. Level 20 Pink Diamond DeAndre Jordan

A founding member of ‘Lob City,’ DeAndre Jordan was more than just a human highlight reel in his prime. During his glory days with the Los Angeles Clippers, Jordan could throw down top-10 worthy dunks, while protecting the rim, crashing the glass and out-rebounding the league’s most prominent bigs at the time. Level 28 Galaxy Opal Coach Tyronn Lue

Tyronn Lue’s introduction to the NBA was learning from the great Phil Jackson as a member of the early 2000s Los Angeles Lakers dynasty, featuring Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal. Lue went on to play 11 seasons in the NBA, before trading in his jersey for a clipboard. For the last 10 years, Lue has been a head coach and he’s responsible for leading the Cleveland Cavaliers’ to a historic 3-1 comeback in the 2016 NBA Finals. Lue’s championship experience as a player and as a coach make him an ideal candidate to lead your MyTEAM.

Level 30 Galaxy Opal Bradley Beal

A three-time All-Star with two 30-point season averages to his name, Bradley Beal is a walking bucket. Whether he’s the focal point of your MyTEAM or in a complementary off-ball role, Beal is a three-level scorer who can get hot in a hurry. Add the Level 30 Galaxy Opal Bradley Beal card to your lineup and unleash prime Beal.

Level 35 Dark Matter Angel Reese

Reese is a double-double machine, posting back-to-back seasons with at least 13 points and 12 rebounds per game to start her WNBA career. The two-time All-Star isn’t afraid to get physical in the paint, which could make for a dominant one-two punch next to Level 20 Pink Diamond DeAndre Jordan. With these two anchoring your squad, opposing teams will struggle to grab a rebound.

Level 40 Dark Matter Russell Westbrook

The all-time leader in triple-doubles, Russell Westbrook excels in all facets of the game. Over the course of his 18 years in the NBA, Westbrook’s MVP-caliber play, jaw-dropping athleticism, and relentless effort continued to make him must-see TV.
