Developer Lizard Smoothie and publisher NEOWIZ announced that Shape Of Dreams is starting 2026 with a huge milestone, as the title officially surpassed 1 million cumulative units sold globally since its official release on Sept. 11, 2025.

"Thanks to our fans worldwide, Shape of Dreams has established itself as a global hit IP," said a NEOWIZ representative. "We will continue to manage future content for the action roguelite diligently while leveraging NEOWIZ's global publishing capabilities to further drive the game's success."

Since its global launch on Steam, the development team has prioritized user-centric communication and proactively gathered feedback to support hot fixes and updates to the game. In December, Lizard Smoothie published its first major post-launch update, introducing official Steam Workshop support alongside new challenges and gameplay options, such as Hardcore Challenge Mode ‘Limbo’ and a powerful hidden boss. The new content was met with high praise from the community, as it maximizes the gameplay depth and versatility.
