'World Of Tanks' Will Be Getting RoboCop Battle Pass Special/CrossOver Next Week - Trailer

by Rainier on Jan. 8, 2026 @ 11:41 a.m. PST

In World Of Tanks player teams are fighting action-packed PvP battles, featuring hundreds of armored fighting vehicles from the pre-WW2 era up to the Korean War.

World Of Tanks is a team-based massively multiplayer online action game dedicated to armored warfare. Throw yourself into the epic tank battles of World War II with other steel cowboys all over the world. Your arsenal includes more than 150 armored vehicles from America, Germany, and the Soviet Union, carefully detailed with historical accuracy.

Ride the legendary Tiger tank, or choose the fast-and-furious Soviet T-34, practice your sharp-shooting skills with the American 155mm M40 Gun Motor Carriage or try experimental/prototype machines such as the Germany's monstrous Maus tank. A Player can have an endless number of tanks in "garage", and all machines can be upgraded in dozens of ways: better turrets, chassis, guns, engines, radios, various ammunition types, plus tank crew members can be leveled up as well.

Crime runs rampant in Old Detroit, but justice gets an upgrade!

One of the most iconic science fiction action films of the 80s, RoboCop, is coming to World of Tanks as part of an exclusive, limited-time collaboration.

From January 15th to 29th, tank commanders can immerse themselves in a dark, cyber-enhanced journey to old Detroit with the Battle Pass Special: RoboCop. Throughout the event, players can recruit iconic characters from the RoboCop movie as commanders, unlock themed emblems, inscriptions, 2D styles, and much more based on the film's unforgettable moments.

Following in the tradition of past World of Tanks Battle Pass events, there's a special RoboCop-themed tank: the OCP Peacekeeper, a unique Tier IX cybernetic tank developed in collaboration with Omni Consumer Products (OCP). With its impressive armament designed to counter all threats on the streets of Old Detroit, the OCP Peacekeeper is an effective weapon against crime, helping to build a bright future for Delta City.

In addition to the arrival of the OCP Peacekeeper, players can also recruit six iconic characters from the RoboCop universe: three defenders of order and three agents of chaos. Each character has their own attitude, movie-accurate backstory, and themed voice acting. Crew members include:

  • RoboCop – a cyborg enforcer haunted by memories of the man he once was.
  • Anne Lewis – a steadfast, principled police officer distinguished by loyalty and a strong moral character.
  • Sergeant Reed – an experienced, unwavering leader who maintains order even under constant pressure.
  • Leon Nash – a dangerous gang leader whose lust for violence leaves a trail of destruction.
  • Bob Morton – a cunning, power-hungry opportunist from the business world.
  • Emil Antonovsky – a chaotic criminal driven by violence and destruction.

A selection of new 2D styles – “Uphold the Law”, “RoboTank” and “Delta City” – will also be available, offering players inspiring designs to customize their vehicles for the battle on the streets of Old Detroit.

Throughout the event, commanders can undertake a series of special missions to secure additional rewards. Viewers on Twitch can also receive themed drops, including additional 2D items and limited-time content available through select creator channels.

Come on, commanders, and remember your highest principles: Serve the public's trust. Protect the innocent. Uphold the law.

World Of Tanks is available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
