In Beast Of Reincarnation (previously teased as Project Bloom) players will take on the role of Emma, the isolated protagonist, cursed as a blightborn, joined by her loyal canine companion, Koo. Eventually, their journey takes them to the far West, where they must confront the "Beast of Reincarnation"—the source of all blight.

Japanese developer Game Freak, in partnership with publisher Fictions, revealed that Beast of Reincarnation will launch for PS5, Xbox Game Pass (Series X|S/Windows) and PC (Steam) on August 4, 2026.

Players will also be able to purchase the physical version of Beast of Reincarnation for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S day and date.

The release date announcement is accompanied by a new cinematic gameplay trailer that showcases Beast of Reincarnation’s stunning visuals, its deep narrative woven through rich environmental storytelling, and action-packed combat.

The trailer immerses viewers in Emma and Koo’s perilous journey to hunt down the formidable bosses known as Nushi and ultimately to defeat the Beast of Reincarnation, the primordial source of the world's blight.

Beast Of Reincarnation is coming to Xbox Series X|S (day one with Xbox Game Pass), PC (Steam) and PS5 on August 4, 2026.
