Gods, Death & Reapers (previously known as Project Pantheon) is a free-to-play live service game that will take players on a journey into a strange afterlife, where they are tasked by Death itself to aid in restoring order to a shattered reality.

Players explore diverse maps, battling enemies in dynamic PvPvE combat. Successful extractions will see players haul back valuable loot, while failure may result in losing their gear for good. In their hidden fortress, players will be upgrading their base, customizing loadouts and experimenting with gear to find their optimal playstyle. An open market will foster a player-driven economy that is going to allow players to trade and support each other.

Project Pantheon’s post-apocalyptic dark fantasy universe draws inspiration from a vast and diverse array of traditional tales and cultures from around the world, immersing players in rich mythology-driven narratives. Wolcen Studio announced that the next Closed Alpha test for Gods, Death & Reapers, will begin on April 30, 2026.

Those who wish to enter death’s domain and experience a new realm of extraction-based gameplay can register here.

By joining the Wolcen Studio Playtest Program, fans who answer a short survey will be considered not just for the upcoming Closed Alpha 5 playtest of Gods, Death & Reapers, but all future playtest events across announced and unannounced Wolcen Studio titles. By regularly reaching out to the community, the studio hopes to reward fans for their ongoing support and ensure that its games meet the highest possible quality standards.

The Closed Alpha 5 playtest of Gods, Death & Reapers runs from April 30, 2026 (10 AM CEST | 1 AM PDT | 4 AM EDT | 5 AM BRT | 3 PM ICT) to May 4, 2026, (6 PM CEST | 9 AM PDT | 12 PM EDT | 1 PM BRT | 11 PM ICT), and will be open to participants across North America, Europe, South America, Southeast Asia, and East Asia.

Exciting new content and features in Closed Alpha 5 will be announced at a later date.

No. If you were previously invited to a Closed Alpha of Gods, Death & Reapers, you will keep access to all upcoming regular playtests.

No. Your questionnaire answers remain valid. If you're selected for any playtest, including Closed Alpha 5, you’ll be contacted via email.
