In The Legend Of Khiimori, players will embark on an epic adventure set in 13th century Mongolia, stepping into the role of a young courier rider. Horses will be essential to survival and safety as players breed horses, tame new ones and train them to aid them in their charting of the sprawling Mongolian landscape. As they immerse themselves into the game’s expansive open world full of wonders and intriguing tales, players will need to strategically plan their routes through different biomes of beautiful, yet harsh terrain, and master the challenges of the wilderness to complete their missions.

Publisher Mindscape and developer Aesir Interactive are excited to announce that The Legend of Khiimori. is now available through Early Access (Steam / Epic Games Store).

We are launching The Legend of Khiimori in Early Access to continue building a collaborative relationship with our players as we shape the game’s expansive world and deep mechanics. Early Access gives us the opportunity to gather valuable feedback, iterate quickly, and refine core systems based on our player’s feedback. Our goal is to create an immersive open-world action adventure with horses at its core, and we believe that this exciting ride is best taken together with our passionate community.

During Early Access, new content and features will be added, such as falconry, Mongolian horse racing, peaceful mode, horse and character customization, as well as additional breeds.

 The Legend of Khiimori also received a day one patch, which includes 65 fixes which focus on open-world improvements, gameplay polish, stability, and performance.

However, in this game your bow and arrows are tools rather than weapons.
