Chris "Atom" DeAngelus: Info about the latest game in the Bayonetta franchise is slim, but you don't need to know a lot. The first two games are among some of the very best action games ever made, and with star developer Platinum at the wheel again, you know Bayonetta 3 is going to be worth playing. Hopefully, more information will be coming out soon so we can see what Bayonetta's latest adventure entails.
Joe Doyle: Platinum Games puts its touch on every game it has ever made, so I'm excited to see what's in store for Bayonetta 3. Nier: Automata essentially made the Drakengard series interesting to most who weren't interested in it before, all due to the compelling gameplay. It'll be interesting to see how they've learned from all the other properties they've worked on (Korra, TMNT, Transformers) and see how it translates to their own trilogy.
Adam Pavlacka: Little has been said about Bayonetta 3, aside from a short teaser that implies Bayonetta's death, but that hasn't hampered our interest in this title. Platinum Games has a strong track record with action titles, so as long as Nintendo hangs back and allows the dev team to do its thing, Bayonetta 3 is expected to impress.
Andreas Salmen: With a definitive release date or gameplay reveal still outstanding, there is no way we can tell if and when Bayonetta 3 may drop for the Nintendo Switch, but I hope this will be the year. It's hard to imagine how Platinum Games could possibly push the series further than the exhilarating second entry, but if recent outings like Nier: Automata are any indication, there's still a lot of creative energy going around the company. Switch may not get a taste of the latest Devil May Cry, but the incredible hack-and-slash adventure of Bayonetta 3 may be the next best thing.
