Rhi "StormyDawn" Mitera: Redfall is everything I've ever wanted from a vampire game: all the team-based fun of games like Left 4 Dead, combined with the aesthetics that the best '90s World of Darkness RPGs had to offer and sprinkled liberally with chaos — and vampires. In a world where first-person shooters all start to look the same after a while, Redfall promises to be a delightful surprise and I am so excited to destroy the undead with three of my closest friends.
Rainier Van Autrijve: Not much has been revealed about Redfall since the initial announcement about the co-op, open-world, first-person shooter where you face a legion of vampires (and their human puppets), solo or as part of a four-player team. You will be able to select one of four customizable characters, each with their own abilities and specialized weaponry. While Redfall may conjure up Left 4 Dead or Back 4 Blood flashbacks, it has a more humorous vibe, more colorful art style, and an actual story campaign. It is currently scheduled for a "summer 2022" launch, but judging by how little info is currently available, that may be a bit ambitious.
