Chris "Atom" DeAngelus: One of Nintendo's most underrated franchise returns, Advance Wars (a franchise born from Famicom Wars) was a perfect combination of simple but addictive RTS gameplay that made you beg for just one more stage. Re-Boot Camp brings the same great gameplay people loved with some new features and a whole lot of extra shine. Assuming it lives up to the Game Boy Advance originals, it has the potential to be one of the Switch's most addictive games yet.
Tony "OUberLord" Mitera: There was a subtle brilliance within the Advance Wars games. They were easy to play, didn't take themselves too seriously, and perhaps just as importantly, they were quite addictive. Re-Boot Camp looks like they are really sprucing things up with 3D models and higher-resolution textures for everything else. Hopefully the gameplay is left as it was, though; I can't wait to dive back into these fantastic games all over again.
Adam Pavlacka: I don't own a Switch, but Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp may be enough to make me purchase one. The original Advance Wars games are classics, but trying to find someone else with a GBA and a link cable for multiplayer is kind of difficult these days. Give me the OG gameplay with online multiplayer, and that's an instant win!
