The player takes the role of a once powerful vampire who has been incarcerated for hundreds of years by the Vampire council. Visited by a haunting vision of a beautiful woman pleading for help he must escape the confines of his prison and set out on a quest which will lead him on a path of love and revenge... 'Metroid Prime 2' (NGC) Is Coming!

Gamespot was the first to notice that Nintendo has added a section for Metroid Prime 2 to their website. I guess this could be considered some sort off official confiormation that the sequel to last year's hit title Metroid Prime is coming up indeed. No details at all have been revealed but i am sure now that the cat is out of the bag we will hear more about it shortly.
