'ToCA Race Driver 3' Ahead Of Schedule

Codemaster has updated the official ToCA Race Driver 3 website reflecting a change in release date for its latest racing simulation. Where it previously stated the 3rd edition in the franchise would be released winter 2005, it has now been pushed forward and has a tentative release autumn 2005 release date (thanks Blues).

'James Bond 007: From Russia With Love' (NGC/PS2/Xbox) - 7 New Screens

The new game will follow the plot of the original "From Russia with Love" film, including the battle on the Orient Express and the boat chase sequence, but will expand the story with new action sequences. The development team approached the game as a director's cut of the film, which will allow the player to utilize such cool toys as the jetpack and a Q-copter as well as the trusty Walther PPK handgun.

Actors Unions Ask Members For Video Game Industry Strike

The video game industry has been in talks with actors unions for quite some time now, but when talks broke down last December it has become clear that unions are leaning towards their only alternative, striking. The breakdown was over ongoing payments to actors and actresses for each copy of a game sold to which they contribute their voices and likenesses, while the game publishers want to stick to one payment up-front.
