'Age of Mythology' - Update Patch

The Age of Mythology Website mentions that a new AoM v1.04 update patch is now available via the auto-update utility in Ensemble's real-time strategy game. The update fixes a network problem, addresses an exploit that worked around the firing delay on ranged units, and also fixes a scenario editor trigger corruption bug introduced in version 1.03. Word is: "Any scenarios saved using version 1.03 that contain 'Set Tech Status' triggers may have had some of their parameters cleared and will have to be manually repaired." (thanks Blues)

Battlecruiser Generations is the fourth title in the acclaimed Battlecruiser series. Previously positioned as add-ons (XP) to Battlecruiser Millennium, the substantial enhancements to the game and its engines coupled with the need for a worldwide release, brought about the product change and with a renewed focus. Taking off where Battlecruiser Millennium left off, the game features a dramatic new graphic engine, advanced A.I.., and numerous gameplay enhancements. The game ships in August 2003. Players will fend off hordes of Deadites with several weapons including the shovel, gatling gun, shotgun and chainsaw. Massive game environments include all new Evil Dead locations as players attempt to save the town of Dearborn from the influence of the Necromonicon ex Mortis – the Book of the Dead. Each race is a seamless set of stages, mixing tracks with realistically stunning city, mountain and canyon environments.

Developed by Ubi Soft's Montreal studio in close collaboration with Red Storm Entertainment, Raven Shield features a brand new Tom Clancy storyline in which Team RAINBOW is led all over the world in a series of dramatic operations. The game will utilize graphics technology provided by the next-generation Unreal engine to power 15 new single-player missions that include the discovery of a cache of biological weapons and stopping an armed gang from terrorizing a London bank. Today we got some brand new screens as well as a new treailer showing off some in-game footage that highlights a few basic commands from the Quick Order Interface. 'Purge Online' - Multiplayer Beta Update Patch

Purge, delivers a compelling combination of first-person shooter gameplay and RPG character development, immersing players in a strife-torn world that blends science fiction and fantasy. This beta build primarily focuses on optimizes the netcode. All players should see large drop in ping. Player creatable base constructions (Barriers, Generators, Shrines, etc.) should no longer significantly increase ping. Purge 1.3.6 also fixes reported various bugs in Purge. Also, for players who still think Purge is played like typical deathmatch FPS, a new "helper" message system added assist new players to Purge's unique game style.
