Former Iron Lore Devs Working on New RPG Using 'Titan Quest' Engine

When Titan Quest developers Iron Lore went belly-up, two former employees started Crate Entertainment, revealing they were working on a new RPG Black Legion, IL's final project before its demise. It hasn't been heard of since Black Legion was put on hold and made room for another RPG, which is using the Titan Quest engine but is not a sequel. While similar in gameplay, the new game has a darker fictional setting, more depth in certain areas, new features, is less linear, has a more replayable world with secret unlockable areas, an ultra-challenging difficulty mode balanced for team play, and shooter-style rapid healing when you're out of combat to reduce dependency on potions.

Rumors about a new installment in the band-specific Guitar Hero franchise have been floating around for months, with the German ratings board, EBGames and Gamestop, all at one point having a listing, all of which were removed shortly thereafter. Activision Delays StarCraft II and Singularity, More Bond, Tony Hawk, Spider-Man

Activision Blizzard posted better-than-expected financial results for Q2 2009, driven by Prototype, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, the Guitar Hero, and Call of Duty franchises, as well as World of Warcraft. However, Activision CEO Bobby Kontick revealed that Singularity and StarCraft II are getting delayed until 2010, while Mike Griffith stated that next year we can see new installments in the James Bond, Tony Hawk and Spider-Man franchises.
